you can play in slow motion i just found out for anyone who has SKy+, hold the play button but you can only do this if you've paused and not fast forwarded back to live TV, but when playing in slo-mo, theres no sound and the screen bounces up and down a bit :-D

Haha! I would love to see Michaela open her box in slow motion and see the look on her face!

Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul Paul! I was screaming at the TV when Paul dealt at £9,500. I would've gone on, and bottled it at £42,000. But still, £9,500 is better than £100. And it was an awesome game ^_^ Well done Paul.

Yes, but with that hair, and that sideways smile, you just have to go on.

'sides, it was like 6 blues vs. 2 reds, right? More chance getting an all blue round.

Would anyone even have noticed if Michaela had, say, a mediocre value such as £1,000 in her box for four successive games? It's just as unlikely as having £250k in four successive games!! :-D

Nah, but since it's the 250k, it's a big deal. I'm surprised Noel didn't make a huge massive enormous thing out of it. Then again, he was too busy going "EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS!!!!!! YOU COULD HAVE HAD THAT!!!"

That's true. If h2005 went on the show, I'd so be the founder of his fanclub and make a big shrine of him and his hair.

I have this thing about hair. It'd be fun to be a hairdresser... I wonder if A Level Double Maths can help me towards this aspiration.

Maybe I'll just go into banking instead. >__>

I thought this was an utterly fascinating game - proof that you don't necessarily need a big win or a big character to make it compulsive viewing. It's cruel to say, but sometimes the revelation of what someone could have won is just as entertaining as what they actually did win (though I'm sure it didn't feel like that for Paul...)

Poor Michaela - I knew that would lead to the inevitable Wakey/Daniel discussion - the other players must be terrified of her now, even though, obviously, they needn't be. :D

And to top it all off, the Viewers Comp was won by someone with the best name ever - Geoff Trash of Polegate!!

Great stuff! :-D

i might of carried on at £9,500 and took £42,000 but it was a bit risky so well done to paul. i was praying that the £250,000 wasn't on the table and you could tell bill was doing the same thing, i thought it was there because the £100 was there yesterday aswell

Another great name winning the LTL I remember seeing is Herman High - I think it was in 1p Nick's game!

It was the name of the person who won one of the amounts of money in the boxes in the viewers' phone in at the end of the show!!

Brenda's game had a Peggy Mitchell from Bolton, while Morris' game had a 'Mrs Smith'. Must have taken them a while to find the right one, then.

Well played, Paul.

In retrospect you dealt too early, but you said you were happy with £9,500 and that is all that matters.

I can't belive I forgot about DOND and missed Paul's game! My favourite contestant since the extremely sad departure of Raj :( And I missed it!

Although I did record it to Sky+ so I can watch it later, but that's not the point, the point is that I missed the first showing and feel like I've let Paul down :(
