Hurrah, well done Sandra! Shame she Dealt too early (although I doubt those offers would have been that high if she'd gone on), but I'd have done exactly the same - not only was £10,004 a very good offer on that board, but it's a brilliantly unique sum to win! I love Sandra.

for what its worth i would have dealt then to; i felt have seen to many games "collapse" with a board like that!!!

i will ALWAYS remember Lucy's advice: can you afford NOT to see that money in your account tomorrow?

thas why i loved her so much, her advise was ALWAYS down to earth...

Well done Sandra!

A bit of a disapointment dealing early but £10,004 was a great offer considering the gameboard

We've seen a few strange amounts won around the £10,000 mark. Paula H (the barber) dealt for £10,022, which came from her having box 22 I think, and Lee ("COME ON!!!") dealt for £10,001 - I forget the significance of the extra pound in that offer!

I think it was because the previous offer was £10,000, so it was one of those "He's been forced to raise the offer...by a pound" tricks. The same thing happened with Ron the day before.

I suppose £10,004 makes it a bit more unusual than just £10,000!

John seems like a great character, but I'm sick to death of players called John now...can they not pick any other names??

I make this one the sixth John - not counting Johnnie or JT!

At first when I saw an oldish white haired contestant in Ottis's place, from a distance I thought it was Joseph coming back, then when I saw he had glasses it looked a bit like 1p Trevor had returned to his old position!

1. Lynn John
2. John M
3. John G
4. John April
5. Scottish John
6. Trevor John

You're right!

None of the Johns have managed particularly big wins either - best I think was Terminator/DOND FM John who sold his £75,000 box for £18,000.

Will this one be different I wonder - the position he's in isn't particularly lucky either, with 1p Trevor, £500 James, more recently Alan and Ottis whose games never really got off the ground, etc... And he even looks a bit like Trevor as well. Get the caravan ready for another resident!

And Buzz was called John as well wasn't he?

I'm fast starting to be a fan of Michaela, £250,000 three times in a row - how many more times will she have it? :)
