Noel says to the banker that he could be giving her £75,000 in the end.

The banker's hand is forced he says, and offers £25,000. She can take the money, triple the money, or almost lose it all.

She thinks... and deals.

Noel opens box 16, and it does have £75,000, box 19 having £10. :?

She is happy with the money, now £25,000 better off. :)

That was wonderful. The sheer horror as it looked like all three reds would go in succession turned to sheer fantasticness when that 10p went.

Well done to Steph, as well as Lindsay (thanks Wakey), Nick, Lance, Sharron and Mark, for making this the best winnings week in DOND history! And a very memorable one!

Hurrah! After they went on so much about Steph taking out all three reds in the fifth round, I thought that was what was going to happen...and then I felt sure the £75k would go in the next round. Good job I was wrong! Shame she had it all along, but I think it was the right decision at the time, and I think I'd have done the same - might have taken £15k, but there's no way I would Deal for £4,750 with £75k still out there. Well done Steph! And double hurrah for this now being the best week ever!

No, her name is Lindsay.

I think quite frankly everyone should care about the £75K. If she just went on, that would have been quite frankly, amazing. Another facking day of the facking middle reds. Bah. Pff. And she would have totalled Double Deal weeks winnings as well. Aside from that, well done Steph!

Well done Steph - another great game to finish off this week! Shame the £75k was in the box but not many would risk going away with £10 there.

That box Vee opened before the final offer, was that the most crucial box DOND has seen since Marilyn revealed the £250k to destroy Trevor's game?

I think there have been several occasions when there have been really crucial boxes. Simon's game was another one which was all or nothing.

But Steph was a thousand times better than Simon. Can't remember the last time the last box opened was that crucial - it was fantastic that Lance's was the £1, for instance, but even losing the £100k at that point wouldn't have been a disaster. If Steph had lost the £75k, she'd have been offered about £3.

No, her name is Lyndsey. It was on her name badge.

While it doesn't really matter, the one that played on Monday was Lindsay. Lyndsey was one of the original 22. (And I believe a Lynsey played in January!)

Hahaa. (not at her win, but you can see DSAY at the end of the badge. Lindsay.)

Thanks for the photos duff12, they really tell a story about the player along with the commentary. :)

Dan4389, I suggest you start a new topic asking for a new name for the chair. Though crazy is currently a good, even sane name, for the chair. ;)

Why does it have to have a name at all? It's just a chair, and I don't think it's particularly crazy...it looks quite normal to me!
