Well done Sarah - and I hope you'll be striking a Deal with a publisher as well as The Banker soon :)

You were hilarious, I'm surprised they didn't save you for a Saturday show to be honest. And while I'd have been very tempted to go on at £27,000, to do so would have been your downfall, so I'm glad you didn't play it mathematically in hindsight.

At one point while you were on the wings I was expecting the Banker to take one of your huge comedy offers and take a zero off it for the real offer :)

Great entertainment value, there are people being paid huge sums of money for not much entertainment at all (yes, certain Premiership footballers, I'm talking to you) so you deserved £27,000 for all the entertainment you provided us :)

I think Sarah did everyone a favour by following Marcus - not sure who else could have pulled that off!

I think that I may have been too much of a risk for a Saturday night. Could Noel have coped? He didn't know what to expect. Thanks though, nice comments. Sarah

I think you'd have been perfect for Saturday night, Sarah! Your game had everything: comedy, entertainment, tense moments, a brilliant win- and you beat the Banker! Saturday night couldn't have asked for more!

I do take your point though, Bushy. The only way to follow one brilliant performance like Marcus' was to have an even greater performance- which we did have with Sarah's game!

:D

Sarah, you were a star. Although I've spent a lot of time lately saying "no.... no, she's actually quite bright..." :D

Sarah.... you did a most entertaining show. In fact the most entertaining show I have seen to date. Wonderful how you had Noel wondering at every turn what was to come next. Congratulations, you deserve everything you won and should be considered for a media job youself!

I didn't think anything would ever top Marcus, that lovable Irish scamp, but equalled in the show straight after?!! Comparing Noel to Julias Caeser was a masterstroke of comedy gold - comedy platinum even - that will be nigh impossible to match.

There need to be more eccentic contestants on gameshows, if only to convince me we're not a dying breed limited to Laurence Llewellyn Bowen's dress scene.

Really, it made my week.
