Ack, poor Giorgio :( Another member of the 1p club was not what we wanted to see to end the season. :(

Still, I really enjoyed the clip at the end and the little jingly music as well, that was so cool! :-D

(I'm easily pleased!)

That was the worst ever win on a Saturday, narrowly beating Joan's 10p - Thursday is now the only day not to have a 1p win, although it has had two £1 wins.

And Box 6 has now produced two 1p wins (Fadil and Giorgio), as well as Joan's aforementioned 10p win.

(The word "win" seems so inappropriate...)

Yeah, box 6 is a jinx (though box 3 has had 1p twice and was swapped to the table for Nick's 1p win).

Didn't box 14 have two 1p wins too? Or did I just make that up? :?

You've made that up. The boxes that have been at the table for 1p wins are: 5, 14, 6, 20, 3, 22, 6. 22 got swapped for 7 and 5 got swapped for 3 to get the 1p wins.

Box 14 had Trevor's 1p win.

Man, I can't believe this - how many 1p players can we have?

Take any other blue and its been in the players box many times but they rarely win it.

The 50p has been in the players box FOURTEEN times, but has anyone won it?

The 1ps been in there 7 times, and 7 players have won it! Just weird.

The worst week of UK DOND history, and finishing it with a 1p winner!

Remember, 2 1p winners swapped boxes to get the 1p. Julie (box 11) and Audrey (box 3) dealt before 1p was revealed in their box.

And three people have given away the 50p. Fools. I'm going to have to wait at least 5 weeks to see someone win it now. :(

I would think it'd be longer than 5 weeks until we get our first 50p winner.

Daniel, you'll be sorry when someone does eventually win it, especially if it's Lance! Oops, I shouldn't of said that, I might of jinxed it!

(Umm, well no seeing as his game has already been recorded I wouldn't of jinxed it :? )

i can't belive the third 1p winner in eight shows and on the last show aswell, it's typical the last week has to be the worst week for winning money. poor giorgio i also wanted him to win big, i think that was harsh of the banker to offer just £2,500 considering that was a better round he could of at least offered £3,100

That was depressing to watch. As I said on Bother's Bar, it's always the characters who seem to have trainwreck games...Jennifer, Gaz, etc, are great people, and we all remember their brilliant games, but who noticed them before they played? The biggest win I can think of for someone who really made an impression on the wings is Trevor, from the original 22. He won a massive £47,000, and a great game that was indeed - especially after Mally's £54,000 win the previous day.

The montage was a fun way to end the show, though. I spotted Jennifer, Gaz, Marcus, Saj, and a whole load of others...including Anita, the third ever player!

Gutted for Giorgio. It's been such a crap week. Maybe a break is in order to break this horrible curse. But fair play to him, he took it all in good heart and looked like he took alot from the experience. He's been a great addition to the DOND "cast".

The reson that people are winning 1p a lot of the time is because the 1p wasnt in anybodys box for 70 shows (Dave-Ellis) To (Sally). Thats more than 3 times over average and now it's coming back to the box's.

A sad day for the Giorgio's small hat fanclub :(

What would have been the odds before this week on 3 1p winners in a week?
