That game messed with my mind. What a crazy game. Can't believe those offers, honestly thought he had £100k after that all-blue round thinking 'well, if he has that and the Banker knows it, as I believe is possible, then... that's an explanation for these offers at least'. And even that wasn't true

Crazy.

And Gaz had the £100,000 in box 13

Having read spoilers on the result of both this game and Sally's, I suspected that this would mark the return of Nasty Banker, forcing them on to the end with crap offers. I couldn't have been more wrong as it turned out!

Maybe the banker felt bad...

And becuase of the spoilers, everyone went for £50,000 on the guess the amount competition, but he never won the £50,000 by opeining his box! Unlucky to those who went for the £50,000!

Daz's £45k with the £250k in his box, back in February.

Well done to Buddy.
I'm sure the Banker was throwing a tantrum after being so badly beaten at the end the show! :D :-D

By the way, during Buddy's game, Noel asked if anyone remembered Gaz's £100k game, and people said yes. However, they couldn't have done, as Gaz's game wasn't shown until 4:15pm on 2nd May, and Buddy's was the first episode recorded at around 2pm on 2nd May! Unless some of the contestants from Double Deal Week were still there, and they saw Gaz's Hall of Fame clip... ? :?

That or some of the audience were Bristol Uni regulars who had either seen Gaz's show or had been spoiled about the outcome by fellow students who were there...

It probably got response of puzzled silence at first when they were recording, and then Noel would have said "Oh, hasn't that one been shown yet? Let's shoot that bit again and pretend you've all seen it!"

Terrific game, large sum of money and I think he actually fooled the banker into his story.

Did he really have £50k in the book?

How do you know it was recorded at 2pm on 2nd May?
