A great result, he looked disappointed when he saw the £250,000 in his box, but how could anyone NO DEAL at that offer with the chance of walking away with £1.

BRILLIANT show! I though Germaine should have got a bigger offer than £75,000 though. Still- it's a great sum to win! I did have a feeling he was going to no deal at the end, but with the £1 still there it was just too much of a risk. I'd have dealt too- I wouldn't want to run the risk of joining Mike's £1 club!

Was right with what I said about Germaine on another thread, I guessed he was the sort to go all the way to the end - although I had him down as the second 1p man before it turned out to be Trevor! Like John G before him, he was always encouraging others to carry on, and backed up his words with the way he played the game. But unlike John he had some luck and had the big number in his box.

If he had left £35k or £50k at the end instead of £1 I think he might have no-dealt and been the first £250k winner, but you can't blame him for taking the second biggest prize ever won on the show when there was a 50-50 chance of leaving with next to nothing.

Can't believe I missed it, sounds like a cracking game! Just started my second block placement and it takes me ages to get back so I always miss Deal or No Deal, this site is the only way I can keep upto date with the game... though I suppose I could always record it.... Now there's an idea!
