Does the fact that Box 23 has a red really mater? He missed out on nearly twice as much by not going on and taking the final offer.

He could just as easily have lost that unusual sum of money as he could have gained it again, remember!

I remember there was a contestant called Ruairidh on Weakest Link once and Anne Robinson ased him "If you rearrange those letters, do they actually spell something proper?"

One positive is that 5 box and 2 box offers were back at a generosity that might make contestants more willing to gamble if they know risk taking will be rewarded.

I was just reading through the commentary whilst watching the show back, and I was about to reply and ask if you did that!

When was the last time that happened?! If tomorrow's show is a red win then it'll be the first time for quite a while that a blue hasn't been won in a (calendar) week.

It's interesting that Noel made a big thing about box 23 as the credits rolled, considering it had no effect at all on today's game.
