Awful offer.

I'd offer £9,000

A few boos for that! Chantal says she understands what he's doing, and it's still a massive amount of money. Noel wonders what the chances are of £35,000 being on the table again so soon after Rosie's game. Chantal says she shouldn't have risked £9,500.

Chantal says:

DEAL

Box 7 with Kash contains the £35,000.

Noel is so relieved Chantal didn't take the final risk!

Great, ANOTHER inconsistently cautious Deal.   When will this contestants EVER learn: if you aren't prepared to turn down a stingy offer later on in the game, you should should be dealing a reasonable offer earlier on. In all honesty, I'd much rather Chantal had declined that final offer, as she could have swapped had she gone on and dealing it will just encourage the Banker to continue to make ridiculously stingy offers. :smt011 :smt019

But the Banker doesn't always offer the swap. She probably wouldn't have as she didn't mention any special numbers she was leaving.

Probably deserved a better offer at 2-box after taking 2 calculated gambles at 8-box and 5-box but a cleverly pitched 2-box offer.

Certainly not a good offer but just enough to not seem a total joke offer (as in the one Rosie would have got on Friday).

I can certainly see why she dealt it (I may have reluctantly done so myself)

Great play from the banker, he took the gamble that she had to deal the final offer come what may. This is why he consistently wins more than he loses

Poor Chantal If anyone deserved to have their bravery rewarded at two box it was her. That final offer should have been a stick IMO. Still Banker's money, Banker's rules and as it turned out it he made the right call.

Can't criticise Chantal for cutting her losses and taking the £5,500 and at least she avoided going home with shrapnel Now that would have been an injustice
