I'd expect a deal here.

Chantal says £9,500 is money that people like her don't have, and every penny counts. It would pay for many of the things she wants to do. However, she has two big numbers left, and that doesn't happen very often; so maybe the odds are in her favour. But it's a big risk, as she could wipe them all out.

Her boyfriend seems to suggest a deal, but there's a lot of potential, and he's seen many people crash from this position before.
