Pat says she'd have gone on if the family weren't with her!

This is exactly why family members should not be allowed to influence the player's game! That was quite possibly the easiest £75,000 win thrown away! :smt011

Still, it's the first £30k+ win in god knows how long! :D

Actually I'd have said the 5-box offer was more dealable than the 2-box one - couldn't have relied on £5k or maybe even £15k against one of the low blues producing a generous offer.

£33,333 is a massive enough amount of money for me to come back and threaten anyone who goes over the top with their criticisms. Think long and hard about it.

I class finishes like today's as "player preference calls". Wouldn't criticize either decision although my tipping point is probably a couple of thousand short of 40k

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Just watched this and for me that was a terrible offer and an obvious No Deal with a guaranteed £15k

Good job Pat for having SOME guts. :smt023

Granted, I'm a little bit mad her family provoked to Deal at 2 box, especially with an excellent fallback, but at least the run of £30,000+ wins (but not Power 5 wins :unsure ).

Well that was an unexpected result. Pat proved surprisingly gutsy and I can't criticise her decision to deal that final offer - even if it would have had to have been a lot closer to the mean to force my hand on that 2 box
