Ben & Gary are twins from York, who work in hair loss and as hotel concierges. They say they're mirror twins, which means they look like each other but there are some things mirrored, such as one of them being left-handed and one being right-handed. We see a pic of Ben & Gary when they were at school. Their mum is in the audience today.

Ben has a small laser in his pocket that they use for hair loss purposes, and the banker rings and says thank goodness that's what it is! Ben talks a bit about the hair loss treatment they're involved with. Their mum reveals she was initially horrified when she discovered she was having twins! Gary says 16 is their birthday and they were going to keep that box to the end.
