Noel says should we asks mum's opinion. Her mum says that she thinks she knows what Tegen is going to do, and she is going to make her go grey

Tegen says

£26k on THAT BOARD?! Sorry Banker, but that WILL NOT work there! :smt019
I'd be wanting at least £50k to deal!

Great comment from Mum there. It's a stable enough board that she shouldn't worry that much...

Mean just shy of £60k if I've worked this out right - £40-45k is the territory I was thinking of. Certainly more than £26k anyway, taking under half the mean with this stability is a bad call in my book whatever the stakes.

DoND historians out there - we've had the top nine in play at 12-box before, haven't we? If so, when?

Bit late now really, but no, that's never happened before.

(Also, Tegen's name is spelt with two Es. Because I am almost as pedantic with words as I am with numbers.)

I've a feeling he will stick at the £26k.

With 1 blue still in play and four reds, very worth going on until two box.

That's about the round you could reasonably expect on that board. I'd take that gladly, and I'd still be looking for £40-45k.

What a game, and what an atmosphere says Noel. The Banker says that there was 2 huge reds in that round.

Banker's offer:

£33,000

Noel asks Tegen if she wants her mum to come and join her at the Pound table, and she does. Tegen's mum says that she could do so much with that offer, and do all her dreams. Tegen talks about how she could do so much with that money, but she really loves the show, and she could see herself at home telling herself to play on.

Tegen says

NO DEAL

At her age, Tegen plausibly has more use for £250k than she can think of immediately. She's vindicated in going on mathematically, too... no complaints at these decisions...

We've seen some very poor offers taken on this finish. I'd want six figures.

Tegen says that she never thought this would be her. Noel says that this is going to be one of the most important phone calls of her life. The Banker says that the £50,000 was really important for him.

Banker's offer:

£77,000
