I call it The 50 Games Lucy Law. The longer a player stays on the wings past the 22 game mark the more likely they are to bring a blue to the table.
Unavoidable trainwreck sums it up perfectly, the luck just was not with Olga. No decisions to make and the bad luck played out almost to the end. The only way it could have been worse is if she'd ended up swapping her box and taking home 50p
