If anyone of the spreadsheet people have the time, could they repost the outcomes of 3rd offer deals compared with

a) All games over all
b) Deals at each offer.

Wow what a game to miss for the live debate! Pugnacious was Noels description to his face and I wonder if he'll be saying tomorrow he is in the "cocky" group of players. I was just waiting for the squashdown to occur and after revealing a few power 5's early and a stick at £7.5k it was obvious he was either going to be ridiculed for revealing the £250k or becoming one of the most amazing games in a while. Of course I was hoping for the former But what a game!

Noels response to the initial request for an offer was quite telling as to why the first few offers are always skewed low - what would Channel 4 do to fill an hour of tv if the player dealt? Have we ever had an deal at 14 box before? I very much liked KP's solution to the problem - Call his bluff by offering him a bike - get him out and swap in another player! Now that would have been great!

An interesting game. G certainly talked the talk but whether he walked the walk was debatable. Certainly i think the Banker's 3rd round offer was cleverly pitched (anything between the £15-20K was well worth considering) but i had a feeling there was at least one more round in it.

If i understand correctly the Poker chip he gave to the Banker told the Banker he was bluffing, was that his intention? Seems strange, and i'm not sure what message he was trying to get accross. Surely the person he should try to bluff is the Banker, letting him in on the plan doesn't make sense to me.


And with regards to the validity of dealing at the third offer can i just add to the debate by pointing out that there are many players who no dealed the third offer and missed out on a spanking because of it. There's no right or wrong time to leave the game as such, you just have to go when you feel the moment is right and hope that it is justified in proveout (or in the box opening if that is the case)
