Annette works with finances in local government, and talks a bit about her job. She has her fiancée in the audience, along with his mother and brother. Annette shows us a guardian angel ornament she has with her, and she shows a pic of her and her fiancée in Tenerife when they'd just got engaged. She tells the story of how she was proposed to, and Noel reminds her that the show is only 1 hour long.

Annette continues the story of what happened when her fiancée proposed to her, and it was near some fountains, and when she said "yes", their song started playing and the fountains blast water out. He said he hadn't arranged it but he wished he had.

The banker rings and says people won't return after the next break as Annette has told the whole story, so he promises to tell a story of his own about Annette!

Noel runs through Annette's dreams, including funding the wedding, taking her mum to the Ritz, and getting posh hair extensions. The banker rings and talks to Annette, and tells her what story he's going to tell. He says he'll reveal it after the break!

Speaking as someone who once worked in local government finance, I can say with fair confidence that Annette's job has probably been under threat. So this board has gone to someone the Banker would've potentially bought out cheaply on a good board. Even when the Banker gets the luck, he doesn't get the luck.
