Not sure I'd have had the nerve for the 110k ND. Fantastically well played.

Given what has happened today. I think we're only the third country in the world that someone has said No Deal to leave the top two and ended up winning the top prize available. The other two are Holland (daily version) and Australia.

I might be wrong, if so please point this out.

Another one who knew the result seeing someone spoiled the result on the site I commentate on, so some of the gloss was taken off it as I knew it was coming

Needlessly to say though it was nervewracking none the less and I certainly wasn't expecting the dream finish at long last in live play

Well done Suzanne, and what a start for cfd's commentary career :D

Absolutely amazing stuff!

If I was in that final position, I wouldn't swap as I'd say that fate got me to that final two. And I'd have been wrong.

That's the most intense episode I've ever seen! And broadcast on Friday 13th, too! :-D

An absolutely brilliant game. She was so confident and so deserved the £250k.
Enjoy it, Suzanne.

My lucky number got her the dream ending too, I must say, it's not often that my number does justice but today was done perfectly :D

If someone did that on any forum/site I ran, they'd soon find their way on a trip to Bansville. I was in full agreement with Steven Moffat about blasting the fans who post spoilers, even if the man did block me on Twitter after I posted the Breakfast video about it! (and I wasn't even following him before)

Absolutely! :)

PS. Just in the process of getting a good quality verison of the can-in-mouth (from the last can) and 5-box game online but there's 20 mins of it and it's taking a while. Will post a link when it's up but it'll be on here: http://youtube.com/TopTellyFan

Now! What will this do for the next 21 games? I suspect a lot of bravery for the next few weeks :)

Aye, but will that bravery be rewarded? ;)

I knew something was up when a saw a Tweet from the Banker on Twitter that simply said "Sh*t", followed by another one that said "EVERYONE STOP TWEETING!!!" I figured if the Banker was Tweeting things like that, it probably meant that something big has just happened, and lo and behold, that was the case.

Congrats to Suzanne, the 3rd DoND UK quarter-millionaire, and the first contestant to have the "Dream Finish" in live play. I think many would agree with me when I say that she played the perfect game.

And now, it's time for me to fade back into obscurity. Shalom.

LOL at the continuity guy over the credits! All he could think of to say was "What a show!". :laughing

She's in the Hall Of Fame for a number of reasons!

Third jackpot winner
First to have won it by swapping
First ever live-play dream ending
First live-play six-figure offer since £101k Graeme's game
Highest six-figure offered in live play since £75k Kirsty's game
Highest offer in the game's history to have been turned down since £75k Kirsty!

I'll be honest. I've been getting very bored of Deal or No Deal lately. I don't have a passion for the game like I used to and I only watched it occasionally these days. And an argument with someone was the cause of me going into the living room and turning on my TV. Amazing that I should catch this.

And for the reasons listed above by KB, it is in my opinion the best game of all time, and one I don't think that can be matched. She won the jackpot in spectacular fashion. 4-box, taking them out in ascending order, the dream finish, the swap! Absolutely incredible, and for it to happen during a special week puts the icing on the cake. The dramatic music at the end was excellent too. Not forgetting it's the first QM victory I've seen when aired. The other 2 I had to catch, already knowing the result. This one I was unknowing. Brilliant!

Not forgetting that Suzanne was a brilliant contestant. I myself have a soft spot for the Irish, so it was immense to see her do that. Good luck to the sunday contestant following that.

GET IN!!!!!! :smt082 :smt082

I long for the day when continuity announcers are rendered literally speechless.

I wonder if Davina will mention today's show on Million Pound Drop tonight.

Oh yeah, another reason to be in the Hall of Fame is the highest 3-box offer ever. I've never seen an offer over £100k at 3-box!

It's as if Endemol tried really hard to keep that win under wraps, then got worried people might miss it, so we had the trailer for the banker's birthday week being a thinly-veiled advert for this game and the banker doing some sort of live commentary invite on Twitter.

I'd heard Suzanne's game was going to create a lot of talking points but wasn't sure if she was actually going to win the £250k until it was revealed in the box (we'd already got a few talking points by then anyway!). Good result for the cowgirl and the clown.

I switched on the TV at 4.57 pm to Channel 4 by accident for a brief moment before switching over the Channel 4+1, but didn't see any confetti, Suzanne wasn't smiling, so when I watched the repeat not knowing the result I certainly didn't expect her to win the 250K!

It turned out to be ideal for a calculated gamble to go for the maximum even at 5 box and especially at 4 box. I thought the banker would show Suzanne the respect of offering the median of 175K at 2 box. He didn't and paid the price as a result!
They were a nice couple, and have a bright future ahead of them.

Many congratulations Suzanne! :D

I do sort of feel guilty for stealing the commentary for this lol. Think I made a good job at least :)
