Andrea says that she doesn't want to go home with a blue, but the £10,000 would really help her.

Andrea says

DEAL

Ron with box 18 contains the £50

That was a game full of cruel luck says Noel. Andrea says that money will help her visit her sister in New Zealand :D

Defeatist deal IMHO.

And what do you want to know - she fails to live up to her surname, and it's a resounding OBW.

Guess you were right about having a bad feeling about this one, norwichdonder... :(

Definitely a game worth chasing - though half the mean on all-or-peanuts isn't that bad, the stakes were low enough here. Compare with £25k on £500/£100k - that's not so easy to call is it?

(I would want £3k and £22k on those finishes, I think.)

It was a pretty below average game and the spark went completely once the 100k and 250k were removed early on. Seemed that most of the audience checked out at that point too. Bet she wished she had taken the diamond necklace now rather than being offered the pearl one at the end.

Spooky that Andrea plays on the day her namesake's game from last December is repeated on More4 in the morning. Also spooky that, like her namesake, this Andrea debuted on a Tuesday, and played on a Wednesday!

Similarities aside, that was a very cautious deal. Think most of us would've gone for it.

Well that game was tedious and the £2,500 deal was so defeatist. :smt015

That wasn't a very smart move for Andrea to make, £2,500 was saying "No Deal" all over it

Probably worth the gamble at 2-box, don't think any offer was worth considering (the 8-box was stable enough that an average round would have been worth the risk - shame she didn't hit any reds in that round).

Can't blame her for dealing if the £2,500 would take her to Australia but like most, it was probably about £500-£1k short of the dealing point.

I don't know much about Cosmic ordering but i thought you couldn't order things for yourself? I could be wrong though.

Andrea was dogged by bad luck from the start, she just couldn't get a good round, there was a blow every time.

Ultimately £2,500 at two box wasn't a bad offer and given the way her luck was going and what she wanted the money for i can understand why she dealt. On the other hand if she truely believed that cosmic ordering could bring her big money then why didn't she see it through? A case of the player's faith deserting them perhaps?

Agree that it was a slightly flat game, kudos to the Banker for trying to sex it up a bit though it didn't quite work. Feels like ages since he last hit on a player to that extent..

The idea of it is that you can order things for yourself, but you mustn't be too specific.

Noel Edmonds claims that he ordered "a new challenge" and "happiness" (or words to those effect), and he believes the challenge was delivered in the form of the opportunity to present DoND, and the happiness was delivered when he met the lady (coincidentally [or not?] through DoND) who became his wife.

Thanks So asking for money is okay provided you don't specify the amount?

Andrea and her Mum were pleasent and I think Andrea was happy with her deal but it took the banker's flirtation and Noel's skill to make the game more lively.
