Almost a completely unexpected Power 5 win, but as it is, a win at the high end of average from what looked like a potential trainwreck for a long time is hardly grounds for complaint.

I think the tipping point there was lower than one might instinctively think, but I'd have just about gone on at £16k anyway.

I was going to say the same. But in this game £16,000 has nothing to do with £26k - there is just no way he would have been offered £26k yet Noel will latch onto the amount and forget the details of the game.
