£45,000 is nowhere near enough for me to consider, £55,000 on the other hand...

I think £45,000 is quite easy to carry on with really. It comes down to KPs mentions of utility. Is £45,000 significantly more life changing than ~£15,000 (worst case scenario final offer). For a lot of people I'd say it is - it's a lot of money.

I'm probably just about continuing here...
