Oh my word says Noel. The Banker wants to know how he goes down from his last offer!

Banker's offer:

Fried egg

Paul jokes that the Banker is forcing him to go all the way here

Noel starts to ask the question and the Banker calls back and increases the offer to 2 fried eggs! Paul says he might have dealt for poached eggs! The Banker calls back and says the kitchen is closed

Paul says

NO DEAL

Caroline with box 17 contains the £100

Paul says he is disappointed but fine, and he has had an amazing time and wouldn't have missed this for the world. The Banker calls back and says he would like to offer Paul and his wife a dinner at his expense as he has handled his game so well :D

That's probably one of the best car crashes I've seen if there is such a thing. Paul was fantastic, and as Noel correctly pointed out during his closing speech, that was a masterclass on how to take a bad game. Unlike a certain game we saw in the hall of fame this year...

Wow! Paul was only playing on his 16th game! Thats the earliest in yonks!
And Has anybody else noticed that Maria is becoming a black widow? In the last 3 games she has had the £250,000 twice and the £100,000 once!... She should be playing real soon because she has already stayed 27 shows!

Glad Paul took the unavoidable car crash in good spirits. It's probably the first time the banker has ever offered 3 non-cash offers in a row but given no-one was ever going to deal on a board that bad, the humour was appreciated.

Once again, if Maria had been picked, this would've been a better game...I was out anyways, so I missed the game, yet another disaster...this Season is not off to a good start, is it?

Terrible game in terms of luck but not entertainment (more like black comedy), you have to admire the way Paul took his run. I know we've had an all-blue 8-box, but that was practically as bad, and the 10k-high 11-box must nearly be the worst. If he'd offered a full fry-up for the last offer, I might have taken it out of despair!

Well if it's any consolation to Killersbee there can't be a worse game than that this season - not in terms of bad luck

Paul coped really well under the circumstances and kept his game invested in humour, making it somewhat more palatable but really there was no luck there whatsoever.

Kudos to the Banker too for some highly comical offers and that random act of kindness at the end

The way I see it, if you're going to have a trainwreck, you may as well have one that's completely and unbelievably without luck, rather than one that 'never really got going'. Definitely in the top 5 most unlucky games ever, with one of the worst 11-box and 8-box boards ever.

The season had been doing OK until now...

The best unavoidable trainwreck we've had for a very long time.

Missed this when it was originally on but just watched it on 4OD as it would to expire after 30 days, and that has to be my best-ever trainwreck, Paul was great the way he just laughed about it all and all the comedy offers from the banker. Great touch with the meal offered by the banker at the end too - nice but not silly like giving him extra money.....
