That was terrible, feel so sorry for Jason. I know its filmed in advance but its such a dismal day the game just seemed to reflect whats going on outside.

:( :( :( Oh dear! That was awful! :(

Poor Jason. That was a really awful game all the way through. It really was painful to watch. I really wanted him to do well too.

That was absolutely horrendous. So much for Lucky 7, it virtually destroyed any chance of decent money. I'm gutted for Jason.

But he was a great bloke and really good for the show. Pity he didn't get more. If I see him in Guildford/Woking I'll buy him a drink.

Ack, so unlucky Jason - really hoped you'd have a good game :(
Mind, I still don't think I'd have taken the decision to deal at £300 - there's not a lot in it between some notoriety in winning 1p (and getting mentioned regularly) or £750 which would've been useful to some degree :)

Cheers

Michael

First thing: Stop it. Stop guessing what's in your boxes. Stop paying any attention to the people who guess what's in the boxes. Just STOP IT. Please. It makes me lose my voice shouting at the TV.

And wow, what an absolutely dreadful game. Noel was right, he never really had a chance - I can understand why he dealt that last offer but it was just painful that he had the £750. Most depressing game since Dot's, and at least hers had a happier ending.

I don't think I'd call it the worst game ever, though - Alan had similar bad luck, dealt for £1,000 and had £5,000 in his box. Although at least he won more.

Always the same boxes that ruin the game (2, 11, 7, 13). Shame for Jason that he didn't win more. We're currently going through a very bad patch.

I'm... gutted for him. :(

With eight boxes, he was given a glimmer of hope, with the £75,000 still in play. The banker was forced to offer £5,000, because he had a good chance of recovering in the next round.

So, a 36% chance of keeping the top two, and a 37.5% chance of hitting the top one... and he hits it.

In addition, I've worked out how likely he is of hitting five of the top six in the first two rounds, and the odds of it happening is 1 in 2433.

There are several other bad and worse scenarios like that, and some of them will happen earlier than you'd expect in 173 shows, but it's still surprising when it happens.

I don't think his was the worst game of all, but from what I can recall, I think he's had the worst start so far.

Poor Jason, he seemed like such a nice guy. At least he wasn't in the 1p club, not that that's any consolation of course. :(

Today's game was absolutely sickening. Jason has been a big personality throughout the show, he deserved better luck than he got today but that's how the cookie crumbles. Ever since Gary's big win the Banker has been on a bit of a roll.

Hopefully tomorrows game will be be better.

Dad!!!!

I'm so sad, it's really put a downer on my day. Jason was SO great on the wings and, as I've said before, it's always the people you REALLY want to do well (Lucy, Raj, Pat, Jason) that don't. There was one moment in the show where everyone was just in stunned silence - it really was an awful show.

You deserved so much more, Jason - I hope you know everyone on here thinks that.

Hope your business is going well, you seem to be a really happy bloke and your kids are so cute!

All the best,

Rhian xxx

That was one of the unluckiest games of all time, and there have been so many of them over the past few weeks!

There's something about that area just to the right of the board, lots of great contestants who have had terrible games. Maybe it's to do with standing next to the red numbers for weeks!
