This suddenly feels different says Noel... The Banker says that the 1p is still there.

Banker's offer:

£4,999

Back to £4,999...

Only this time the board merits that offer! It's the first decision of the game...

Ian says that he shouldn't do but he keeps thinking about Colin's game yesterday, he then goes to Chris for advise, and he tells Ian that it is a pivotal round next but he can turn this around... Cheri thinks Ian should go for it...

Ian says

DEAL

And he takes it, not sure if he's actually made an error...

That is 2 games in a row I have been caught out by the response, and he was totally thrown then... Ian says he looked at the board and had a bad feeling....

Proveout round 5

1 - £10 Maureen

20 - £35,000 Ollie

That's a relief says Noel

17 - £1,000 David (H2005)

Banker time

I would have thought so - no doubt The Banker will hugely overpay the two proveout offers if he can't find the £35k. But good luck anyway Ian

Edit: 1st proveout looking good. Actually, very good. Mean now of £6,100.10, offer won't be above £2,500.
Edit 2: WOW how far off was I. £4,999 absolutely a lie, as I thought an overpaid offer. But he's being generous and keeping the peak at £4,999.

The Banker is loving it that Ian said he wouldn't leave with £4,999, and then dealt for it...

Banker's offer would've been:

£4,999

Understandable deal. I think I'd have taken it myself. Average was only £8,000. And without going to the end he's unlikely to get any much higher offres.
