Phyl says that she worked in a butcher's shop which also sold bread and cakes. Her husband Mark and daughter are in the audience. Phyl wants enough money so she can go to Graceland, and she'd also like to make some donations. She says she saw a girl on Noel's Christmas programme who cared for her mother, and she'd like to give money to that girl. She'd also like to make a donation to her local air ambulance charity...
