as for the game I definitely would have at least chased 5 figures. e.g. 15K+ so no deal the 8 box scenario.

That was one of those awful boards with the biggie and nothing else there that can bring offers that are high enough to be annoyed about losing and winning next to nothing, but not enough to risk selling the 250k for - saying that, 8k wasn't bad and I'd have thought he'd need to keep not only the 250k but also the 15k there at 5-box to get offered much more - but I wouldn't want to be the first ever player to deal for a 4-figure sum and have the 250k in your box! That would be worse than winning 1p!
