The banker calls back and offers the SWAP

Lee tells Noel that he always said he was going to swap at the end...

Noel opens box 16 and reveals 10p :(

Box 5 contains the £3,000

Lee tells all the remaining contestants to not think about his game when they play theirs, and play their own game...

Spiky Paul dealt at £9,500 and could have had a load more. Steven dealt at the third offer and could've had a load more. Shahid (2) got an OPW... I'm not all bad. :?

10p... ouch. The tension music at the final box opening was the highest since Sarah-Jane's game, It was fairly unexpected really.

Ouch. A game with no good offers, and a board that collapsed on its own. There's not much to say here, except these games are the exception rather than the rule. :?

If there weren't low winners, then there could be no high ones, as then there would be no risk, and as such, no game.

So long as you view the game as an opportunity of increasing your finances, rather than an expectant guarantee of an average amount of money, then you should be fine.

Bad luck Lee, you did well on the telly even with the nerves, just unable to win today. Mostly due to the baaaad offers, and the mole, who should be kicked back to channel 5, or kicked wherever he is now. ;)

Well not a lot Lee could do there. A constant supply of bad luck dogged him till the end and there were no really clear cut dealing opportunities. But he took his misfortune with surprising maturity and is a shining example to all the whingers past, present and future.

Bad luck Lee but you just never had the chance with the way the game went but well done on your attitude to the game and keeping a clear focus that the "smaller" sums of money are still good money that i'm sure any of us would like.

Well, that was a bad flashback to some of the less good games of Battle of the Sexes, the player could do nothing as the game just slowly fell apart. He'd had so much bad luck that you at least wanted him to win the £3,000, but even that wasn't going to happen. We'd have seen a good swap on the anniversary of a very very bad one, but sadly we didn't!

Hah! Of course, the anniversary of Barbara's game... which rather *beep*ed up how I felt for the first meeting of the musical theatre group... and today, we could but didn't have a good swap, and I went to the first meeting of another musical group! Wow, spooky!

(I was going to join the musical theatre group this year again - I felt the good swap on the last Wednesday before term, bearing in mind rehearsals are Wednesdays... and by someone sharing a name with a famous musical character too... but I've decided against it as I have plenty of other things to do!!)

Nasty game, most would have done the same or at best swapped for £3k...

The boxes never worked in his favour which was a shame really. Still, it was nice to see him understand that even the lower sums of money are still alot of money and not to be disregarded.
