Just watched it. The offer was a bit low but it was a great satisfying game.

Not sure what I would have done as I would have expected an offer of about 55K at 5 box to tempt me. It's worrying how low the banker's 2 box offer's are coming! :?

i would have probably won £1, £12K, or 50K out of that game. :?

As for 8 box I would always go on if I had 3/5 power 5s and and an extra backup like today. it's an excellent board!

Not only is that now 59 games without a third offer deal, we haven't even had many fourth round deals lately...since August 17th we've only had TWO, Stephen's £20,000 and Tom's New Orleans Dream, every single other player has got to at least the final five in active play!

Compare that to late May/early June when we had the practical opposite!

I think she'll be more concerned about how she won £45,000, to be honest - up with the biggest wins ever!

I genuinely do not know what I would have done today - might even have gone to the end, although both £26,000 and £45,000 may or may not have taken me out, and I might have settled for £12,000 to ensure I left with something significant even though I generally probably wouldn't take under half the mean on any final two not involving the £250k!

Say what you like about how she got to that outcome though - it was a bloomin' good one!! When was the last time we had an OPW from a Deal that big?

you'd have no dealt Shirley's 55K so wouldn't you have no dealt this one?

That could be partly blamed on the recent crap offers...

At least they're getting better now.

For some reason I'm not quite so convinced about it now - also I'd have expected a joke offer at the final two.

But it being below the median probably would have pushed me on.

yeah, some offers have been rubbish earlier in the season but they've sort of been pitching them lately as lowish high offers if you get what i mean.

I'd want 55K on that board for a deal TBH. I'd have no dealt 45K as there were 3 higher. 50K's the psycholgical barrier for me. i'd have proabbly dealt 50K in Jane/Patrick's games though.

i don't like these joke offers at the final 2 either but the vast majority have been in proveout.

What a great game! I was quite surprised when Danielle turned down £26k, after her reaction to the £10k offer. I think I'd have taken £45k, it's just too much to lose in my book.

Come on £26K would've tempted many! You have to admire her guts!

Spend well and enjoy! :-D

Wow, that's quite a set of statistics there... no early deals for quite some time and very few before 5-box... yet we still had a huge "deal VS no deal" debate in Joan's game. I bet someone deals the third offer tomorrow.

I don't think that there can be any question that Season 3 has been a vast improvement over the latter part of Season 2 in terms of excitement and tension plainly because of the trend of dealing later.

But with the improved offers lately, some of which have been hugely inflated, it's only a matter of time before a 3rd offer deal is taken.

Must admit, had to look up Southgate in my A-Z -- thrilled to see it's on the northern end of the Piccadilly Line, my very favourite tube line of all time -- in college, I was based at South Kensington, then Earls Court, then moved up to NW London, walking distance from South Harrow station.

Loved Danielle's impression of the Circle Line round the studio when she spanked the Banker... tho' she was moving a lot faster than a Circle Line train!

Well done Danielle -- it'll take some beating as game of the month!

It's only three games in the month so far lol! But yes, a game like that will definitely score some votes!

Yer was a good game although I think she deserved a better offer than the 45K personally I felt it was not enough. Shoud have been 60K+!!.

agree there...it shouldve been around 60k at least considering the 50, 75 and 250k were all there. laura was offered 45 with only 3k and 250k left. good on her though for stuffing it all up after dealing.

Yes but do not forget Lauras offer should have been 75 to 80K but the producers wanted her to open her box so ;).

It really sums it up its a pathetic offer with 250K vs 3K and it looks even WORSE when its at 5 box with the 250k 75k AND 50K all still there.
