Well, that was horrible to watch, I really didn't see that coming - was perfectly correct to go on at that stage, as £10k is no amount to deal for with the big one still there. But to take out the three biggest and then even the £1,000 first box the following round was incredible bad luck.

Still, £2.15 is a unique sum to win, after Geordie's record stood for so long perhaps Igor has inspired more people to make these kind of deals when there is very little left!

Urgh, that was horrible. I think I'd have done the same, the only offer worth dealing was the third one.

Am still in horror at how todays show panned out, still at least you seemed to take it fairly well Vicky, better than I would have done anyway. Still hope you dont leave us and all the best to you and Steve

I had a great feeling about todays show, but was gutted. So much for the lucky hat! Did enjoy the standing on the box bit, wonder what happened to the 9 p! That's how Noel perhaps made his millions, 9 p from audiences here and there all through his career, it all mounts up!

Well, I reckon a trainwreck had to happen eventually - but I was dreading when it did, as I like possibly everyone there at the moment! Good on her for taking it relatively well too - a lot of women would have been in floods of tears, especially after the 1 in 56 chance of taking out the three remaining decent values from 8 box. The clock also made it seem that ending was inevitable - there hardly seemed any time left after the second break, so either it was going to be an 8-box deal or a fairly quick collapse, but even I didn't anticipate THAT.

She does get into the Hall Of fame for two things though - the first female to take a "blue" deal, and also the lowest win that's not a single coin/note denomination - I reckon £2.15 is way cooler than either £20 or 2p, I said after Igor's game that beating Roy's £49 was still up for grabs! :)

The other similarlity to geordie apart from the 1 in 56 chot was the deal to tey and beat the banker - unfortunately even that didn't work out this time!

Really sorry it wasn't more Vicky! :(

which she didnt even try. £2.15 is the uncoolest amount ever, and i dont feel sorry for Vicky in the least.

But enjoy your £2.15 vicky, spend it wisely :-D

Vicky you deserved to be the 2nd QM winner in my personal opinion!

Really gutted for you, but at least you came across as such a warm, friendly and genuine person.

Plus you looked gorgeous!

Take care,
Sarah

Vicky

As I said elsewhere - you played brilliantly, precisely what I would have done at 8 box, but the luck was never there. I know you had a brilliant time there and will continue to do so with the wonderful people you have met. Getting nearer my game.........

Hi Vicky

Well I really wanted you to spank the banker and win a good sum of money but sadly that wasn't meant to be :(

However no doubt you will have made many great friends throughout your time on the show and nothing can ever take that away from you.

Agreed with Sarah. You ought to watch what you say Daniel especially when Vicky is obviously going to read your posts.

I think I echo everyone else here though Vicky. You didn't come across rude or arrogant which some contestants come across like and end up winning a lot more. Hey it's just luck. You have a lot more great things in life such as Steve who is very lucky.

Sorry for sounding slightly 'sucked up' but yesterdays game touched a nerve. Hope you're doing well

James

I agree 100%. People on here don't seem to realise that contestants often read this stuff and there is no need to be offensive or wish them ill.
Especially Vicky who took her misfortune right on the chin with no histrionics like some.

You'll never find me criticizing a player who had little option but to go on to make the best of a bad board.

Steve might be 6 foot 9 tall but Vicky stands equally high in my mind.

This really is a new basicasic for season 3... mind you, I don't think we've had any 3rd offer deals yet ;)

There is no way of reconciling those two statements without the word 'hypocrite'.

Ah. There we go. Only respecting those who don't understand the value of thousands of pounds.
