That was unbelievably unlikely :o It was more likely she was going to take out two blues and a red.

And we have a deal at £2.15. Does she get a pint then? She's taking it well

Vicky says she could still beat the banker if the £1 is in her box...

Noel opens box 16 and reveals £5

Box 20 contains the £1

That was awful im so sorry Vicky - I think you were right to no deal 10K though - just the boxes were not kind for you on the day sadly.

Well done on securing a special place in history though with your £2.15 deal :-D .

I was wanting you to deal there so you could have a special place in hall of fame and I was gutted you had the £5 we could have still had 8 - 2 ina technical sense.

Why is it all the nice people get screwed over like this and the not so likable people get the big money - its just not right.

ack that was horrible to watch. Vicky seemed like the person to go to the end with the £250,000. So sorry it was low money Vicky!

That was horrible. There are no other words to describe it. I have to admit that £15,000 would have caused me trouble but I too would have declined the £10,000 and ended up in the same situation as Vicky ultimately.

I think the comedy deal was nice and I too would have done the same just to prove that I wasn't too upset. I really wanted Vicky to do well but, alas, that was not to be the case. The chances of round 5 going as it did were very slim.

...flip-o-blimey, the 37.5% chance of hitting the big one would have made me mildly nervous, but to hit the one-in-56 chance of that? Good grief.

Only the third all-blue final five in active play, only the fourth ever in fact (fewer than would be expected actually!)...

...I just wish she'd taken the £15,000, not only for the OPW but for the probable reaction from Noel...

...I might have done, but that was the only dealable offer of the lot bar the comedy Deal she took. And good on her for taking it.

Didn't she have 4 blues and £1,000?

Oh blimey she did. The board was so bad that I'd forgotten it wasn't all-blue. Good heavens.

No way!! Dang, that sucked, for a game to just go suddenly 'boom' and go completely wrong like that is really really bad.

I only just came back from Devon last night, I think I'll go back there as it looks like I've cursed the show! The fact it came after so many good games made it even more surprising today. At least we had a comedy deal to save it from being too depressing, I'll really miss her on the show, though - I just wish it could have been £215,000!

the banker was bad though. I thought she should have been offered about 15K at 8 box again. turning down 10K was entirely reasonable. I considered it reasonable to go on as that was unlikely.

It's sort of appropriate that the last blue win was a comedy deal as well, I endorsed it and if you're going to have a trainwreck of a game you might as well get a weird accolade out of it!

What a downer of a game. I couldn't really fault the way Vicky played it - the no-deal at the £10k offer was entirely reasonable to me as there was a decent chance of keeping the £250k and getting a bigger subsequent offer.

But the nature of luck is unpredictable and the next round destroyed the game. Fortunately she bore the misfortune with dignity and the £2.15 deal was a great way to end a disasterous game.

Wise words at the end too advising others not to be scared to take the same risk in order to win the £250k.

Well, there have been a few

and anyway. Geordie dealing at £20 was mainly for the fear factor of not going home with 10p. That should have remained the lowest deal EVER. And it did until Igor came along, made a complete hash of things and, this time for comedy effect, dealt the 2p. But £2.15. Thats just pointless. Not funny anymore, and if people keep on doing a Vicky, the game will be totally pointless.

2nd lowest deal ever, and a crap one at that. Geordie's slipping down the record books at a rate of knots now, the poor fella...

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Ok, that sucked big time. :(

Our first proper trainwreck of Season 3 and it just had to be Vicky's game didn't it?

To take out all the remaining reds like that was horrible, but what was even more worst, was when £5 was revealed in her box, because she wanted the £1 to be in her box so she would have beaten the Banker. Relentless bad luck. :(

Still, welldone Vicky, you've been a great aspect to the show and you will be missed!

i don't see why you're so critical about the deal.
Why win an amount that's been won quite a few times before.
Hardly anyone's done comedy deals anyway :?
Only 7 people have dealt for less than 1K. Virtually no one have done comedy deals anyway. So I don't know what you mean when you say people 'keep on' doing it.
I'd like to hear geordie's opinion on this. See how gutted he is at being the third lowest dealer.

Unbelievable!

You wait nearly 18 months for someone to beat Geordie's lowest ever deal record, and then two people go and beat it in quick succession! :-D

I hope Geordie's offer of the pint (for a man) and glass of wine (for the ladies) still stands for everybody who beats his old record. Let's all take Geordie to the poor-house and make him regret ever making that offer in the first place! :-)

£2.15. That's a classic amount. So much better than Igor's 2p! :D

A brilliant deal!
