The collapse came a round late. Who cares? That's a hell of a profit on the box. And after that brilliantly simple reply, severed is now amongst my favourite players ever.

Did he say £45k wasted? Try £20k. It wasn't even a £45k offer, it was £46k, and £26k of it he actually got!

Heehee.

Remember my prediction:

"Mike wins £26,001 for a £750 box"

I wasn't far off at all!!

But that's not the point... WELL DONE MIKE!!!

basicasic.

I caught up with Big Brother's Charley this week. Here's what she had to say to you:

"I'm not bein' funny, right, but you're just a stupid little troll"

This is possibly the first time I've agreed with her. :)

I knew he would deal 26K straight away since he took so long over 11K.
I personally wouldn't have dealt but then again im braver than the majority on here from what I read in terms of people as dealers.
Still Mike is happy and he only went one too soon so no real disaster.

Enjoy the dosh mohican man lol.........And you avoided Noels YOU BLEW IT tirade of rubbing in when the big one is left.

I'm all distraught. I'll probably sob myself to sleep tonight, biting my pillow until its sodden with saliva and tears.

For goodness sake, I've just commented on the game as I saw it. As I always have done. It was a golden opportunity lost and you all know it. Just because severed posts on here everybody gets star-struck (lol for a daytime game show contestant) and eulogises an average game with a disappointing outcome.

And as for people who said deal at £11,000 - shame on you.

But you'd have won £250! :D

You cannot say he(Basic) woulda won £250 James because theres nothing to say he wouldnt pick the boxes in a diff order and keep the big ones and then get a much huger offer. IE £250 vs 250K you would get a large offer and then would deal that no doubt and then find you sold a £250 box for I dunno £75 - 80,000.

I think Mike should have definatly gone on yes he got away with one round because of the selections he made on the boxes but had it been someone else it could have been very different as I explained above.

Lol, "shame on the dealers for winning £11,000 instead of winning £250".

Of course basicasic. Because that makes sense. Well done. No, seriously, well done. That's brilliant logic. I mean it, seriously. 'grats on being such a moron.

I think that deal was fair enough, only the most committed Wakeyist would not have seriously considered the offer. Mike made it clear he had never seen that kind of money before and the Banker could probably have got him a lot cheaper.

Take out the quarter-million next round and you're probably going home with peanuts unless the £100,000 is sat in front of you. Well done Mike anyway, £26,000 is one of the bigger wins of recent weeks!

I'm not sure who it was who needed probability lessons today but saying at 11 box that the odds were in Mike's favour about leaving the big 2 was techincally correct but a 50.9 / 49.1 % split wouldn't have me gambling hugely.

A very good, nailbiting show, especially when Mike spoke about how much the money meant to him - I was really hoping he'd have good rounds after that and get the money he wanted, and he did, so well done Mike and enjoy the money!

It was also nice to see Noel not overdoing the guilt trip, which he normally enjoys doing with young males.

Ha ha ha! The £26,000 trick from the banker has worked again! He squandered £20,000, but that was the only mistake Mike made. He did a good deal for him but not for me, because I thought there was one more deal in that game.
