I was very surprised that Nick had the presence of mind to deal when he did! It seems to be a trend these days for people to think along the lines of, 'well, the worst I can do is go home with £5,000, which is an absolute fortune to me anyway, so I may as well risk it!' :ponder:

I’ve been waiting for Nick’s game as he’s one of my favorites. 11 four figure reds on the trot is crazy! One thing I was wondering, his Papou said that he got the call to be on DOND with Noel 14 years ago but refused, and when he was released from hospital the show had concluded, which would mean he was sick for 5 years? (14 years ago is 2011, show ended in 2016) That’s a lot.
