Hideous to get that 10% disaster chance when anything else would've guaranteed about £20k or higher at 3-box! Great game though and gladly she got something worthwhile out of it.

Mad respect for Donna. I would have chickened out at £24,250 if I was in that position, but I'm glad that she gambled. Even though it didn't pay off in the end, it made for gripping, edge of your seat telly. Man I love this show.

(what's with the random multiples of 10/50/100 the banker keeps adding on to the end of each offer now?).

He's been doing that a lot in this reboot. He's also not really putting any patterns in the offers like the old banker did (e.g. doubling/halving an offer, sticking, putting a '1' in front, etc.).

Id have dealt £24,250. I gotta admire her guts, takes a lot of bravery to do that. I do think it was unfortunate her hitting both the big ones in that last round. As a viewer, it was an exciting game to watch. i wonder if tomorrow's player will be extremely cautious.

Probably going to get shot down in flames for saying this but given the 3-box offers and especially 2-box generosity, I totally get that £24+ no-deal - even £75k/2 others would most likely have been nearly the same amount, and even the 10% disaster chance was more likely a 4-figure consolation than pocket change. That said I'd have still most likely bottled it :-)

Late response but only just watched the episode today!

While it was a very brave no deal that I absolutely never would have done, James makes a good point that only the 10% disaster round she had would have prevented a solid 5 figure offer at 3 box.

Glad she got something out of it at least and credit to her for taking a calculated risk- just a shame her luck had to run out at that exact point!

Only just caught up on the week's games.

Very strange game, feels like she would have benefited from not having removed nearly every blue immediately. Maybe momentum can be a bad thing. An 'average' sort of game would have been her deal at an 8kish figure and be perfectly happy with it. Idk, makes sense in my head. I have seen 'lucky' games unsettle or disarm players before.

The term ''money fever'' from Noel days of old certainly applies here. Was hoping the £100 was on the table all along just for the irony of a ''ONE blue and NINE reds :D" situation not falling in favour.
