Arnold's game today.

Noel reminds us that this series ends on Saturday with a double bill...he talks about Jon's crash yesterday...he says Jon turned down £17,777 when really, he wanted to deal it...he tells today's player to stay true to themselves and not to let the banker push them into decisions they don't want to make...



Arnold has Box 17 today. Arnold Richardson is 67 years old and a retired headteacher - he lives with his wife Joyce, who is in the audience today. Arnold says he retired quite recently, and Noel asks what sort of things he does now in his spare time...Arnold talks about how he's been trying to find a good hobby to work on...he says he wanted something pretty bizarre so he's tried fortune telling, origami and other unusual things. Noel asks if they were any good, and Arnold syas he much prefers gardening, but when it's raining, he paints the garden! Noel asks if Arnold is a gambler, and Arnold says he's a bit of a wimp! He asks Noel if he's sure he wants him to stay true to himself because that might mean dealing the first offer!

Noel asks Arnold to confirm that he chose Box 17 at random, and he does.
