Nigel's game today.

Noel welcomes us to another day in the dream factory...he says after perhaps our most courageous female player, Claudia, left the dream factory with just £1,000, he decided to look into how different the total wins from the men were to the women...he says the women have won £181,448.60 so far, and the men have won £464,850.22! He reminds todays players that these figures have no affect on their game today...we look at the board...



Nigel has Box 3 today. Nigel Whits is a 46-year old guitar teacher from London - Nigel talks about his passion for music and how much he enjoys teaching teenagers how to play...we meet his wife Kay, who is in the audience today. They have 2 children, and Nigel says they're becoming very musical as well...Nigel would love to go and see some legendary bands play if we wins a nice sum of money...he says you're never too old for gigs! Nigel says he feels like one of the young people when he's there, he says he loves it...Noel asks him if he has a figure in mind, and Nigel says he does...he writes it in the book! Nigel says that it doesn't mean he won't deal or less, or no deal the figure, so we'll just have to see....

Nigel confirms he chose Box 3 at random, and Noel says he's been quiet on the wings, so it's been nice to hear him speak so much!

Nigel says it's fine...Noel wonders what the banker will make of this so far...the banker rings and says the round started well but then Nigel lost his cool...the banker has an interesting twist in the game!

We have 11 games before show 50, and one of them is Nigel's...the other 5 will be split by male and female contestants...it will alternate between male and female, and whichever gender wins the most money in those 10 games will be the gender of the player who plays show 50, and plays for £500,000! Noel says this is a very interesting twist, and the banker says it has been designed in light of the obvious victory for the men so far...he wants to see if the women can change it over their 5 games!

Back to Nigel...the banker says it was similar to Claudia's round yesterday, but he is not getting that £10,000 offer...
