A correct guess for Joel today would be his 65th in this competition. He won the monthly title in February for the first time since August 2008.
His title-winning exploits were a remarkable return to his form when this competition started - he won the first 3 months from June to August 2008 (alongside Ben Miller 176 throughout, Tom in June, and mike and H in July). However, his appearance on the October 2008 leaderboard was his last until December 2012.

A correct guess for Hogwild today would be his 250th in this competition.

Hogwild is currently 5th on the overall leaderboard for number of monthly wins – his tally stands at 7 (behind H in fourth on 9, Jamesfish in third on 10, Ben Miller in second on 14 and willrelf at the top with 16).

If Jamesfish enters today, and wins, he’ll have clocked up correct guess number 364 of a long and distinguished history in this competition. If he doesn’t guess right, he’s stuck of 363, and if he doesn’t enter at all, then he’s definitely stuck on 363.

A correct guess for me, meanwhile...would be my 35th. I first entered the leaderboard in January 2009 (when I won the £250k and 1p competitions), but did not make another appearance until December 2012.
