It's the outright refusal of an offer without hearing the offer. I don't think this has happened ever before in any version of DoND.

Yes, this particular NBC version. I've never heard of or seen an outright refusal without hearing the offer in the UK DoND before (or any other version).

Ah! Yes! That is most definitely a first!

Can't blame him though, that round went terribly. I'm sure it would of been a tiny offer that he would of said, "NO DEAL" to anyway.
