May as well revive this thread because this series looks like it will have twists, and many of them.

The only twist so far has been the one with the family member eliminations, but I’m sure there will be many more to come.

Family Member Eliminations: 1/10

Far too generous of a bonus just for doing something silly. Hopefully this will not return in any iteration.

Counter Offer: 9/10

A great tool designed to make the game more interesting. Sure, a lot of people will ask for offers above the average and automatically get their negotiation declined, but at least then they're forced to go one round further, which will make for a tense moment. Plus unlike the offer button, it looks like the Banker won't hold it against you if you use it early by making poor offers thereafter, as the last 2 games showed.

Family Elimination had a good choice of player to use it on, but $5,000 a pop was waaaaaaaay too much. I'd say half that at MINIMUM, possibly even $1k or $2k each.

Counter-offers are really great, but it'd be kinda nice if the contestants actually had some idea of how to use them!
