Contestant: Gary Cote
Chosen Case: 23

Fun Facts: Gary is a truck driver, and he loves NASCAR. He has an "Open Door Policy" and lets children with nowhere to go stay in his house, sometimes as long as 3 years. Him, his wife, and his daughter all ride motorcycles.

Here's how it went! By the way, the Million Dollar Mission was restarted so Gary has 2 1-million cases.

Round 1
11: $5
10: $1,000,000 Yikes!
15: $100,000
1: $1,000,000
22: $500
19: $5,000

Technite Round Rating : 75

Banker's Offer: $44,000! That is a very generous first offer.
Gary says: NO DEAL!

Round 2
13: $300,000
5: $.01!
8: $25
26: $750
3: $100

This round was a bit better. Rating: 82

Banker's Offer: $52,000
Gary says: NO DEAL!

Round 3

17: $1!!
20: $400,000 Not good!
7: $400
2: $50

It looks like Gary has a trend of one large number and a few small ones.
Technite Round Rating: 65

Banker Offers: $30,000
Wait, that's not all. He is also giving him a trip to the Daytona 500, a ride in a pace car, a $2,000 shopping spree at NASCAR.com gift shop, a NASCAR helmet signed by the drivers, and a Richard Petty driving experince all valued at $11,800
TOTAL OFFER: $41,800

This is Gary's dream, he loves NASCAR. He thinks for a little bit, and decides he needs to do what's best for his family, not just him.

Gary says:

NO DEAL!

Round 4

4: $300

16: $75

25: $200,000 :?

Technite Round Rating: 85

Banker Offers: $39,000

Gary says:

NO DEAL!

Round 5

21: $10!!

24: $200!!!!! Gary has just cleared the entire left side of the board.

Technite Round Rating: 101

Final Six:
-$1,000

He is about to receive his highest offer yet.

Banker Offers:

$63,000!

Round 6:

12:

$1,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The perfect case!!!!!!

Banker Offers:

$85,000!

Gary's supporters all tell him to deal, especially his wife. However, his daughter tells him to "keep on truckin' like you've done my whole life."

He listened to his daughter!

NO DEAL!

Round 7

18: $25,000! That's great :-D

Technite Round Rating: 100

Banker Offers: $97,000!

Gary's wife and brother REALLY want him to take it. Does he listen? No!

Gary Says:

Round 8

9: $50,000! That's good! :D

Technite Round Rating: 101

Final Three:
- $10,000
-$75,000
-$500,000

Gary has shown that he is a risk-taker. His family's cries of "Deal!" obviously do not distract him. He knows what he wants, and the banker knows it too. He has no choice but to take Gary's offer to the next level: SIX FIGURES!!!!!!

Banker Offers:

$129,000!!!!

This is an incredible sum of money, and Gary's wife is telling him it's what they came for. But Gary has a burning desire to win $500,000 and nothing will stop him.

"People at home are gonna fall off their chairs when they watch this."

NO DEAL!

Round 9

6: $500,000!!!!!!! No!! Gary's game has crashed!
Gary's family is clearly very upset. Gary is visibly upset but tries to remain positive. Technite Round Rating: 0

Final Two:
-$10,000
- $75,000

Offer: $38,000

The banker respects Gary, and is giving him a generous offer. But Gary will have none of it.

He says: NO DEAL!

Gary declines to switch caes.

He wins:

23: $10,000

I'd have gone all the way too, well maybe taken the $38k. But those offers late in the game weren't very good.

I know they weren't good, but I was trying to dramatize it so readers can feel the excitement. The banker has made offers over 150k with a final three including 500k and two lower amounts (Brooks Leach as an example). The banker's offers are becoming increasingly worse. Jessica Robinson's offers were terrible which is probably why she won $1,000,000. However, Gary's first offer was excellent.

Craptastic game, great recap. I would have been gone at $129,000. And yes, I agree, the Banker has been making some of the worst lowball offers that I've ever seen lately. He needs to shape up a bit.

With two people already doing recaps (myself & J.R.), it's always nice to have a third. Welcome aboard, Technite :D !

And now, over to Box 23 to give Gary Cote an
