I missed the first part, but the contestant for that night got a number 11 ball, which consequently meant that she had 11 $1 Million cases in her game.

The contestant for that night was Susan Cukjati. She won $283K with her board being $300, $400 and one of the Million Dollar cases remaining at that point. Her case only had $300, after a single proveout round that had a hypo offer of $548K. Her highest active play offer was $362K, with a board of $300, $400 and two Million Dollar cases.


Note: Next episodes are June 11, 17 and 18, with the June 11 episode most likely the guy playing the game got a #12 ball in the madness chamber, therefore 12 Million Dollar cases, since NBC claims a $12 Million game. Also, I believe these episodes are either 90 or 120 minutes long.
