And here's how it went!

DoND is continuing it's Million Dollar Mission with THREE $1,000,000 cases! Making the right side board looking like this:

- $1,000
- $5,000
- $10,000
- $25,000
- $50,000
- $75,000
- $100,000
- $200,000
- $300,000
- $400,000
- $1,000,000
- $1,000,000
- $1,000,000

Contestant: Heather McKee!

Chosen case: 22!

Round One: Six Cases:

2: $75

15: $400

6: $100,000

24: $25,000

8: $300

19: $1,000,000!!!

Banker's offer: $63,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Two: Five Cases:

13: $750

21: $200,000

25: $300,000

1: $10

11: $25

Banker's offer: $82,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Three: Four Cases:

4: $1!!

16: $1,000

7: $5!

10: $50,000

Banker's offer: $148,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Four: Three Cases:

14: $75,000

9: $200

5: $100

Banker's offer: $207,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Five: Two Cases:

20: $1,000,000!!!

23: $1,000,000!!!

Ouch! Incredibly unlucky round results in a now standard looking...

The Final Six:

- .01¢
- $50
- $500
- $5,000
- $10,000
- $400,000

And that also means a massive drop in the...

Banker's offer: $45,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Six: One Case:

18: $500

Banker's offer: $71,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Seven: One Case:

3: $400,000!!!!!!!!

And there goes the last big amount in the game. The best Heather can hope for is now just $10,000.

Banker's offer: $2,500!

NO DEAL!

Round Eight: One Case:

26: $50

Banker's offer: $4,000!

NO DEAL!

Round Nine: One Case:

12: $5,000

The Final Two:

- .01¢
- $10,000

This could be an historic moment in Deal or No Deal USA's history! We've never had a member of The One Cent Club in the nearly 2 1/2 years this show has been in America! Could it happen tonight? First, we have to get through the final...

Banker's offer: $5,500!

NO DEAL!

Round Ten: Last Case:

Howie offers Heather the swap but turns it down.

Will Heather make history or will she just win a decent bundle of cash? Howie opens Case 22 and show's everyone that she will take home...

22. .01¢!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEATHER HAS DONE IT!!! SHE HAS BECOME THE FIRST MEMBER OF THE DEAL OR NO DEAL USA'S "ONE CENT CLUB"!!!! SHE HAS SERIOUSLY WON JUST ONE CENT!!!!!

Heather is massively disappointed, of course. Howie decides not to gloss over it and ends the show right there.

A sad, yet historic, episode of Deal or No Deal!

Game Summary:

Peak offer: $207,000
Case value: .01¢
Prize won: .01¢
Result: Ultimate Banker Win

(Yes, the first ever use of the term UBW or when someone wins the lowest amount on the board!)

And there you have it!

Oh

My

God...

Someone actually won the point zero one.

It is indeed a historic moment, but not the kind of historic moment we were hoping for. This is the Million-Dollar Mission, for cryng out loud. Heather should have stopped at $207,000, or 20,700,000 cents. I certainly would have. Instead, she one only one cent instead of 20.7 million cents. In fact, this is the first time that someone has won a penny on North American television since Jack Paar did it as a joke on The $64,000 Question in the '50s. Anyway, it looks like the US version now has a 1p phone booth of its own now. Let's just hope that Heather McKee remains as its sole member. As for the classification of this game, why not call it a CBO, or Colossal Banker Obliteration (or Ownage) instead? I think it would be most fitting.

Too bad Heather won the $.01! I hope she will be the only member.

I guess the round when she knocked the remaining millions was horrible. I would not take $207,000 offer and may end like Heather. Anyway, Heather made history by winning the penny throughout several games before her.

Case 22 somehow brought bad luck just like when Emika Porter had it and still contained the penny in the double deal game but sold it for $15,000.

I'd have dealt $207,000 with only 3 above it, and 2 of those values were the $1m, so if you knocked out even one of those, it'd have sent the offer way down. Even if she'd taken out 2 low values, the offer probably wouldn't have gone up by a huge amount.

And an above-mean offer on the 0.1¢ vs $10k final two! The UK banker would most likely make an offer of about 30% of the mean on that final two... look at 1p Adam's offer of £2,000 on a 1p vs £10k board!

And a $63k opening offer - I bet quite a few forum members will be pleased by that. :P

This is exactly two years since Nick Brain became the 1st member of the 1p club, this player becomes the 1st member of the 1 cent club.

Wow!! I'm suprised it's taken so long to get a .01¢ winner, is there quite a build up of fear surrounding it like the 1p on our version in the early days?

I'd have probably gone at $71,000 or $5,500, still very unlucky game!

The woman was a moron for not taking th $5,500 and IMO deserved the $.01. I wonder if we'll see a $1M winner this M$M.

That was (no intend to insult), stupid play, IMO.

I would've probably dealt the $148K at 11-box for the TPW personally, as knocking out either million even then would send the offer down. I really would have dealt the $208K at 8-box for the big-time OPW. I might've dealt the $72K as it was a generous offer for the board at that stage, but I don't really like dealing for what could be at best a TBW when an OPW is still possible. But, there is NO WAY I would have not dealt the $5,500 at the Final 2. The Final Offer should've been a stick at $4,000, and I think even that would've been an easy Deal. The only offers I would have certaily no dealt were the first two (like about always), the $2,500, and the $4,000 (and probably the $45K).

She proably would've won the $1M had she chose a $1M case though, as she certainly did seem like a player using the Wakey Strategy. As it was, she proabably wins the 1c if the had a 1c/$1M Final and a $550K 2-box offer!

Really, I think the MDM boards encourage dealing at 8-box and even 11-box more than the standard board. I think it's easier to ND with, say, a $1M/$$500K/$100K/Low/Low/Low/Low/Low Final Eight than a $1M/$1M/$100K/Low/Low/Low/Low/Low Final Eight when it's blantly obvious that knocking out either Million will send the offer way down, reguardless what the other amount knocked out was. I really bet that, if they keep the MDM, that we'll see at least one 8-box Deal (if not two 8-box deals or even an 11-box deal) before we'll see a $1M Case Win. Of course, the contestant dealing at 8-box would likely have the $1M. Then again, OTOH, I think the MDM also discourages dealing at 5-box or 6-box, which I generally think is a good thing.

Heather seems disappointed but just like what she said after the $.01 is revealed in her case. It is one of her objectives to break a record and maybe this will do it.

Many viewers of that episode said that the breaking of the piggy bank is harsh that caused her game to be horrible. In my opinion, the destruction of the piggy bank has no effect in the outcome of her game but what the banker had done is harsh if Heather's piggy bank has a sentimental meaning. If none, therefore it is fine.

The only undeniably stupid decision she made was the last one, but I'd have got the OPW out of that. Oh, wait. I might have taken the previous offer.

The only other offer I'd have taken was the $71,000.

I'd have been gone at $207K for sure. What a crap game this was. Maybe this contestant will be brought back at a later date to try to win some actual money again. If the show lasts long enough, I'd brng her back at episode 500, if the show ever gets that far. However, I doubt the show will make it past this season, and it's not because of this game. Enjoy US DoND while you can, folks...

Am I the only one getting really tired of MarK77's constant whining and bad-mouthing? And what I did I say about making hindsight insults?

This is your last warning, Mark77. My patience has grown thin.

Some other horrible thing is that her case 22 had $.01 not $1,000,000 because case 22 had the most times of top prize.

You can watch her video here. And you can compare Nick's 1p video to show the difference.
