Your Reaction To Season 3's OPW Rate

What would you say about the OPW rate so far in Season 3 (I think one out of about 40 games for 2.5%).

I'm surprised it's only that one, but OPWs are generally going to be rare in the 26-case format - especially with the US ultra-stable configuration, which lends itself to lots of TPWs. The real story of the season is how many TBWs we're getting.
