Recapper's Note:On September 22, 2014, Corporal Germain Nault, who fought in the Invasion of Normandy during World War 2, passed away at the age of 93. He is the contestant on tonight's episode of Le Banquier, which was taped on July 23 and commemorates the 70th anniversary of this invasion.
Every year on November 11, Canadians celebrate Remembrance Day, a day which commemorates the end of World War 1. If you've been following the news lately, this year, the holiday is especially important.
Out of respect for Cpl. Nault, I will forgo my usual jokes and sarcasm in this recap.
