In the run up to the 500th show, an idea. Pick the best games out of each 100 shows and the two most popular from each thread will go into a poll final. I'm doing the first few now, and will do 401 to 500 on Friday night. Each thread will last three days.

What's your favourite show out of the first 100? We've got games like Jennifer's £120,000 win, Sara being the first (and only for a *long* time) to miss out on the dream final two, Nick winning 1p, Brenda's once in a lifetime board and John G and Fin's huge gambles to choose from, but you choose any of the 100 games you like as the choice is yours.

Pick your favourite, and see http://www.dond.co.uk/deal_or_no_deal_s ... ries_1.php and the start of http://www.dond.co.uk/deal_or_no_deal_s ... ries_2.php (up to Anna's game) to refresh your memory!

Oh, there were so many good shows back then but I have to pick one and that is....

Show 10 - Natalie Gravillis' Game - 10th November 2005

Not only was it enjoyable cause Natalie used to go to uni with me but it's memorable cause it was the first time a player had the £250,000 in the box all along.

I might be in the minority here, but Dave Woollin, for the comedy and the system that worked absolutely perfectly! :)

Dave is most certainly top-five for me... I have specific reasons to say Julie, I really want to say Geordie but not for the game, but I think for the sheer shock of the game I'm going to have to go for Brenda.

No wait, Noel was Wakeyistic then already. 'For what it's worth, I think you've made the right decision' he went after the No Deal at 31k. 'It certainly wasn't a brave decision' he went after the Deal at 57k. Then he was utterly horrified at 84k.

...Dave it is then.

It's between shows such as Lynn 1, Trevor 1, Jennifer, Geordie, Mally and Dave for me... but I think Andy K gets my vote!

Out of all the games in this selection, I only ever saw a handful. Aileen's game was the first, and it was a while before I started properly watching the show. But I did really enjoy Anna's game, so that gets my vote.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

This one's really tough, many of these I only saw "second-hand" and most of December I haven't seen at all. Nick's was one of the defining moments of the show, but I think I'll have to go for Brenda as it was just incredible to see a board like that unfold, and we'll probably never see one quite like it again.

Brenda is the winner of this heat, but we have a three way tie for second place in the form of Mally, Dave and Anna. Tiebreak poll coming up!
