How much can a player win to say that they've had a good game? I guess it all depends on how much the amount of money they win means for them and their loved ones. I went to the stats section of dond.co.uk and discovered that of all results tabulated from the 31st October 2005 up until 10th April 2006 the average deal is £17,453.12. Cool or what?! It has to be said that 59% of those players walked away with less than that amount, and that figure is bumped up as a result of some significantly large wins by a few players. For what it's worth, I think anything over £5,000 is life enhancing, and anything over £20,000 is potentially life changing. Would love to hear other people's views!! ;)

£5,000 would do me fine, but I'd like to win as much as possible!

:D

Watching the show I tend to consider anything £10,000 and above as a good win. If I were playing, though, I'd be more than happy with four figures, and I think I'd probably be inclined to deal anything above £20,000, regardless of the board.

While all players' ambitions will vary, I think if it's at least £1,000 it's not a disaster, above £10,000 is a good win and £20,000 plus is very good.

I understand those who want to make sure they get a few thousand for their own personal reasons, but if I was playing I would want to go on looking for the big win - if I no-dealt £5,000 and ended up with a penny then I could say it just was never meant to be my lucky day, but dealing for that kind of amount and having the £250k or £100k in my box would be much harder to take!

a good win is beating the banker and dealing at the right time...
