I would probably deal at 50k vs 250k at an offer of 140k, because it's double my target (70k). Any higher, I'd have my target confirmed, so I'd go on.

I would no deal all of them, and I would consider 1k vs. £250,000 with an offer of £90,000.

Where is the 'None of them' option?

So do I, I understand how you are not leaving with anything bad, and it's worth the risk! All of those power 5 finishes would definately be a no deal for me.

I'd no-deal all the ones with another power 5 (though I suspect the real offers will all be a bit lower), and deal all the others! I may no-deal with 15k or 20k back up if the offer was in 5 figures though!

I'd deal anything below a £35,000/£250,000 finish. I'd probably have dealt beforehand anyway. If I had a target, once I'd reached that, I'd be off, unless my board was ridiculously strong.
