Geordie for me- He didnt deserve to go away with what he did. And he seemed a very nice guy.

Geordie for me too, mostly for his no-nonsense system of choosing the boxes - far better than all this "Ooh, what does everyone think is in the box?" rubbish we get lately!

But of the other ones I saw, I really liked Ann and Liz, and Marie and Garvan both had amazing games but with disappointing results. And I really liked Mumtaz too!

Easy decision here, has to be Geordie - amazing entertainment on the wings, and arguably the unluckiest (and certainly most mistreated) player ever.

This whole period has clouded over for me though since I realised they were Sequencegate games, especially as this was where (starting with Garvan's game) the Banker entered Evil Mode. We had to wait just a bit longer for someone to properly punish him for it...

Where the adjudicators' excel thingy which they used to allocate the various values to boxes malfunctioned and it came up with the same pattern of numbers eg. if box 1 had 250k, box 2 would have 750 and so on, except they sometimes changed the numbers with each value eg. if box 11 had 250k, 12 would have 750. There were three different sequences where the exact same numbers had the exact same amounts for 2 or more games eg. John M, Daz and Sam's games all had the same values in the same boxes.

I voted Geordie.

Really unlucky game which stood out as the most unfortunate game. It really made me and most of the viewers gutted about what happened.

Geordie posted this back on 14 May :-

When the time comes...............................

Please dont vote for Geordie.

He was born a Geordie
He lives in the Scottish Highlands
And he has a wife and son that love him.

What more could he want?

The folk I was on with were so wonderful that I would happily come last to the lot of them!

GEORDIE GERRY IN BONNY INVERNESS
(Daft as a toothbrush and that's official)

Sorry mate. I never do what people tell me to! It's like telling me not to press the big red button...

If I could vote for two it would be Mumtaz and Geordie, but I will go for Geordie as he is a Newcastle FC supporter.

I'm torn - this is probably the most difficult one to do vote for so far.

I think Geordie does it for me, a right character and it was really unfortunate he went away with so little.

One true character!

This was the time when I really started to get addicted to DOND, Geordie was the first big character in the wings I remember and his game was the first really disastrous outcome I saw. He really didn't deserve that after what he brought to the show. And despite everything he is still an active member of the online DOND community months later, so sorry Geordie but you have my vote!

There have been some great contestants at that end of the East Wing - Lucy, Pat and Buzz among them - but I'll always think of it to some extent as Geordie and Mumtaz's place!
