I was just looking at the box stats on ilovedealornodeal and noticed a few things... (I've just found a thread on this subject from September, but it seemed a bit silly to bump an eight-month old thread, so I'll start this new one...)

A few things to note at the moment:

Jamie has had nothing but values of £20,000 or under, except the £250k which he's had 3 times.

Jeff of course, as has been pointed out by Noel, has only had 4 blues out of the 17 shows he's done.

Jo is a bit of a black widow - having the £100,000 3 times and the £250k 3 times so far...

Lionel is definitely a terminator - he's had the 50p, £1,000, £20,000, £50,000, £100,000 twice and the £250,000 so far! 1p Trevor with the big forehead is definitely a game-wrecker it seems... quiet and innocent looking, but actually rather dangerous and dodgy...

Paul could also be on course to be a terminator - I believe in his first several shows, he had nothing but high reds, and has already had the £35k 3 times, as well as the £250k, £100k, £15k, £10k, £750 and £100 one time each.

Jackie who was in E9 had the seedings of a Black Widow - was watching Gaz's repeat on More4 this morning and Noel said she had the biggie in both her first two games.

Apart from that, I think you've named them all in terms of recent and present players.

That was Jo - she's in E8, and still there now!

Cheers, at least we're on about the same person! She had the biggie first two games, but since then has reprieved herself quite a bit. Actually not sure about wanting to see her game just yet lol, coz her accent puts Debbie's to shame - very strong accent indeed! No offense to the lady!

Has Noel actually used the "Black Widow" or "Terminator" label in recent times? I can't remember either of them coming out for a while, even though we've had a few contestants with a reputation for big reds that has been picked up on.

The last time I remember him using the Black Widow term was Jayne back in February/March. Phil (January, stood in E10) was the last terminator I remember.

It's hard to decide who is or is not a black widow/terminator because different people have different reasons for deciding the 'criteria'; for example, michaela having the 250k 4 times in a row could deem her the worst ever, but someone like jeff who has a long run of reds, not necessarily the quarter mil, could be a terminator in someone else's opinion.

loads of players go though black widowish spells but the only consistent player was sandra donna and rosie were both kind of black widows; they both liked the quarter mil at least, and they stood next to each other!

I think it's someone who continously has high amounts... such as Jeff and Lionel recently, who only had a handful of blues between them!

I know he only did 14 shows, but just look at Lionel's box stats!

I would say so too. Black widows and Terminators are really only noticed if they are picked at crucial moments. If they're picked in proveout or early on it won't really be picked up. Like Pippa, she's had a lot of big reds, but Noel's not called her a black widow, assassin etc.

Frazer is certainly shaping up to replace Lionel!!!

You then get some players who are really black-widow-like and have blues in proveouts and reds in-play - I think Den was an example of this!
