Yes, I don't think Nathan would've got as far as actually opening the box - and if he had pulled the seal, then Geoff would've had to choose Nathan for his next box - that would've been his next choice anyway, so there would've been no problem, in theory.
However, if Nathan had actually opened the box, I'm not sure what would've happened - I'd like to think that they would have just counted that as the first box of the next round, rather than reshuffling the boxes - look what happened to Massimo's game after they did that!

Although maybe judging by the luck Geoff had in his game - maybe a box reshuffle may have been a good thing?!
