It sounds mean, but i think the recent insults from the banker such as JC and his wife and Hilarys shirt being like a sofa have been quite funny and a good addition to the show,

I think they're great, they aid the player vs. banker battle, build up the banker's "nasty" image and just provide humour in general.

i voted good... as long as they're not too insulting/repetitive.
They can be done in a clever witty way.

The 'booing and a long hiss at the end' comment this week was classic!

I love the Banker banter and who ever the Banker is they are actually a very funny person and quick witted as well.

Some of the jokes/insults have been really great lately and the comment about J.C.'s wife had me and my mate laughing for ages but only because I know that it's not a serious insult (and the fact I couldn't believe he said it).

I liked the joke in Nicky's game when the audience booed and hissed and the Banker made a joke and it took them a while to get it (and me as well).

So yes I think the Banker should keep it up because in the end it's only a bit of fun and no-one should take it seriously.

They're good, very funny and no-one seems to mind.

I like them, make certain players games more interesting.

I love them. He's very quick witted and at times genuinely hilarious. The improv banter is part of what raises the show above the usual dross.

Also, people seem to actually enjoy being "insulted" by him as it seems so well intentioned, oddly. Look at how excited they get when on the phone to him.

It very clever that he's built a persona that is "evil" and yet people seem to love him too.

Generally, I think the insults are fun, but I do think the line was crossed with the whole thing about JC's wife and daughter. I didn't think that was funny at all.
