I usually judge my favorite games by how tense they are, and now I want to hear from the dond.co.uk forum members what they consider to be the tensest games ever of Deal or No Deal. If/when I hear from enough people, I'll probably make a poll. There is no limit to the number of games you can list!

Orry, 100k Maria, Ron from October, Namfon, Mario, Thanh, Claudine, and that's only a fraction of them!

Tense ones during the game for me were, in no order: Lance, Doug, Jeff King, Rodney, Jennifer (1), John G, Khanny, Di, £100k Maria, 1p Trevor, Stevie (1), Graeme, Gaz (1), David J, Theresa (2) and Bunney - and they all ended up either being great wins or disasters.

Tense box openings were, in no order: Chris B, Ron (3), Rossano, Barry, Morris, Lynne, £15k James, Orry, PJ, Swappy Barbara, Jon G, PJ - most of them on all or nothing gambles, or through swaps which made them all the more nerve wracking.

Games such as those of Brenda (1), Sheran, Namfon and Daniel (2) were quite tense as you wanted them to keep taking out blues and keep the strong boards they had; and games like Sylvia, Steven and Teary Donna were all ones where the proveouts were quite tense.

All or nothing box openings are always very tense. Also if a decent offer is declined at 5 box, then the following round is always tense/exciting.

I always think games that have a big no-deal of an offer that's tons more than I expected are really tense, especially if they pay off, such as Graeme, Rodney, Bunney and 75k Maria!

Orry's end game swap, M.J yesterday where I was hoping she'd keep the £250,000, Morris when he failed to get the £250,000 to name just a couple.

And despite knowing that Laura would win the £250,000 it was still pretty tense.

Agree with all the games already mentioned - 5K Penny's game was also tense. 1K Lee from February had a lot of tension too.

During Kirsty's game, I was babysitting and even the kids were screaming when she found the £3,000 leaving the three biggest left - that is my tensest game, hands down!

Gaz's £100,000 win, Maria's £100,000 win, and Chris' £76,000 win all come very close - especially Chris' because of how long the £75,000 had beena way from the table!

I think Kirsty's is in the same category as Daniel's not very tense as the chance of disaster is minimal but tense because you want perfection!

Exactly. I just kept thinking has she done it, and then when the £75,000 was revealed, the kids screamed as if she'd won the jackpot, but I reminded them that yeah she did win big but it wasn't the best result! Poor things!

Yeah, Chris' game was most tense in a sense because I actually thought he'd won the 1p because of how long the £75,000 hadn't come to the table - what a win that was!

Maria's game gave great shock coz had she not swapped it would have been literally just like Gaz's £100,000 win - but with the swap as well, it was just so tense I paid more attention to Maria than Noel so when she didn't move (she had a delayed reaction), I thought it was the £15,000

Maria's game was better than Gaz's game because of the swap. Gz's game was excellent at the time but if it were to happen today it wouldn't feel as good because of the low offers.

Graeme's was the most tense for me, especially that last round after he turned down £41,000.

I actually thought he was going to no deal £101,000 and I was really hoping he didnt as I knew there wasnt another £250,000 winner at that time.

Claudine's game- from the moment the £50,000 went in that final round, that became the tensest game for me.

Any game that is effectively a one box game is very tense and so for me Trevor (1p) has to be up there with the best of them. At 5 box he had £250,000 and four blues so with each box opened the tension mounted until the dreaded last box of round 6. Often there are very tense last rounds such as Lynne 75K winner but the tension is primarily in the last box being opened so not quite the same.

I think the most tense game I've seen so far was definitely Shaz's. I thought hers was going to be such a boring game as she didn't make much of an impression in the wings, but it ended up a great game.
